The TPZ Brixen is a extension from the children and youth theatre Theater im Regenbogen and was founded in 1990.
Since then we’ve run many festivals for children, youth and amateurtheatre. At the moment we have 19 theatre laboratories that work under the roof of the TPZ, groups from 4 years old children to 87 old seniors. The Rainbow Ensemble was founded specifically for attending festivals, so there wouldn’t be any complications concerning missing school or work. The actors of Rainbow are all festival experienced, are part of the TPZ since a long time (also if they look young) and engage with various activities of the TPZ, like organizing the festivals, leading groups, … Most of them are also educated drama teachers or are participating in the educational program to become a Drama Teacher.
